  Mrs. Joseph Wilmer PRESTON, Mrs. Joseph Wilmer, 129 Waterloo St. S., Preston, died Wednesday, at St. Mary's Hospital, Kitchener. She was 71. Mrs. Wilmer, the former Jessie Franklin, was born at Bromley, Kent, England. She was a member of St. John's Anglican Church and the Preston Women's Institute. Surviving are her husband; two sons, Leonard of Windsor and Gordon of Preston; three brothers, John, James and Ernest Franklin, all of Galt; three sisters, Mrs. Helen Hassurn, Mrs. George (Edith) Winn and Mrs. Walter (Hilda) Germaine, all of Galt; five grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. The body is at Barthel-Stager Funeral Home, where funeral and committal services will be conducted, Saturday, at 2 p.m. Burial will be in Mount View cemetery in Galt.
