- Elvira Jane Erb, "the eldest child of Isaac and Maria A. (Hillman) Erb, was born in Waterloo County, Ontario, August 30th, 1840. On November 3rd, 1864, she was married in Buffalo, New York, to Lorenzo P., son of Jesse and Annie Wheelock. He was born in Bowmansville, New York, May 27th, 1842. At present they reside at Flint, Michigan. They have one son named Franklin Eugene who was born in Bowmansville, New York, October 17th, 1869."
