  John W. Reitzel of 127 Belmont Ave. died Friday at K-W Hospital after a brief illness. He was 67. A son of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Reitzel, he was born in St. Clements May 22, 1902. He lived in Waterloo most of his life and until retiring was manager of Reitzel Ltd. of Waterloo. He was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Roman Catholic Church and the Catholic Council of Men. Surviving are his wife, the former Aurellia Hergott, and two sisters, Mrs. Leo (Agnes) Helm and Rose, both of Waterloo. He was predeceased by six brothers and two sisters. The body is at the Edward R. Good Funeral Home, Waterloo, where the rosary will be recited Sunday at 8 p.m. Prayers will be said at the funeral home Monday at 9:30 a.m. followed by requiem high mass at Our Lady of Lourdes Church at 10 a.m. Rev. F. J. Swaine will officiate. Burial will be in Mount Hope cemetery, Waterloo.
