  GERBER, Idella (Zehr) On Tuesday, Dec. 3, 1991, at her residence, in New Hamburg. She was born 83 years ago in North Easthope township. She was the daughter of the late Daniel B. Zehr and the former Magdalena Schultz. Idella was a member of Poole Mennonite Church, Poole. Beloved wife of the late Daniel R. Gerber, who predeceased her in 1980. Loving mother of Audrey and her husband Paul Schlegel of RR 1, Tavistock, Eileen and her husband Orlin Yantzi of Stratford and Viola and her husband Lorne Gerber of Shakespeare; dear grandmother of Judy and Brian Mogk, Jerry Schlegel, Danny Schlegel, Dana Schlegel and her friend Paul Hyde, Sandra and Christopher Thomas, Thomas and Katherine Yantzi, Sherry and Bernard Mason, Terrance Yantzi and friend Allison Sammel, Jennifer Yantzi, Robert and Jill Howatt-Gerber, Bradley and Debbie Gerber and Tamara Gerber and friend John Egli; great-grandmother of Candice, Dustin and Bradin Mogk, Dylan Thomas, Jonathon Yantzi and Samuel Mason; dear sister of Irvin Zehr of Tavistock, Emmanuel and his wife Clara of Poole, Norman and his wife Edna of Gads Hill. Idella was predeceased by two sons in infancy and her twin sister, Verdella and her husband, Clarence Leis and also one sister-in-law, Verna Zehr. Family and friends may call at the Mark Jutzi Funeral Home, 291 Huron St., New Hamburg after 7 p.m. tonight (Wednesday) and again Thursday, until noon on Friday, Dec. 6, 1991, when transfer will be made to Poole Mennonite Church for the service at 2: 30 p.m. Pastor Dave Rogalsky officiating. Interment to follow in the church cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Wilmot Home Support and the Victorian Order of Nurses.
