    • MRS. CAROLINE ATTWATER

      Mrs. Caroline Emma Attwater, 86 Samuelson street, died Friday, in Marsdale Manor. She had lived in Galt, for over 50 years and was in her 86th year. Mrs. Attwater was the daughter of the late Eldred Rendell and Polly Blake Rendell and was born in Sussex, England, on April 12, 1879. The late Mrs. Attwater was a member of St. David's Anglican church. Her husband, George E., predeceased her in 1947. Two sons also predeceased. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. George Johnson (Edith), Mrs. Gordon Guthrie (Betty), both of Galt and one brother in England. Twelve grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren also survive. Resting at the funeral home of Coutts and Son, 96 St. Andrews Street, until noon Monday, March 30, thence to St. David's Anglican church for service at 2. Interment will be in Trinity cemetery.
