  STEELE, CATHARINE (Nee Kerr) Word has been received of the death of Catharine Steele, relict of James Steele, a former well known resident of Puslinch, at Sceptre, SK, on Sunday, October 13, 1918. She had been living with her son in the west for the past six or seven years and had been ailing for five months. She was in her 77th year and was born on the Kerr farm on the St. George Road, a daughter of the late James Kerr. She had, for many years, been a resident of Puslinch Township, where she was very well known. Predeceased by her husband, who died in the west about four years ago. Survived by one brother, John Kerr of California, the last of the family; fours sons and one daughter, James, William and Mitchell in the west; Frank of Galt; and Mrs. Thomas R. Paddock of Puslinch.
