    • To establish a Road in the Township of Dumfries.

      WHEREAS, it is expedient and necessary to establish a road in the 12th Concession of the Township of Dumfries, the easterly line of which may he known as and discribed as follows, that is to say. commencing at the intersection of the westerly line of Hugh Hunter's tavern Lot, and the northerly line of the Dundas and Waterloo Macadamised Road, thence along said Lot north, eight chains and twenty-two links to a stake; thence north, eleven degrees, east seven chains and thirty-four links to a stake; thence north eight degrees, forty-five minutes west, fifity-two chains and forty-six links, more or less, to the easterly line of the road in the Township of Waterloo, leading from Galt to the Village of Newhope.

      Also, that a short piece of road leading from the aforesaid road in the westerly direction across a small piece of land, being part of Lot no. 11, in the 12th Concession of said Township of Dumfriess, being about twenty chains, until it intersects the Dundas and Waterloo Macadamised Road, be shut up....
