  MARTIN, Minerva (Mrs. Edgar) - On Wednesday, September 5, 2007, at her home, Minerva Martin, in her 70th year, of RR 4, Elmira. Beloved wife of the late Edgar W. Martin (1984). Loving mother of Mervin and Mildred Martin, Aaron and Esther Martin, all of RR 4, Elmira, Eva and Abner Martin of RR 2, Wallenstein, Elsie and Edgar Martin of RR 1, St. Clements, Lloyd and Erma Martin of RR 4, Elmira, Leona and Murray Brubacher of RR 1, Elmira, Elvina and Maynard Bauman of RR 2, Wallenstein. Also survived by 32 grandchildren. Sister of Mary and Henry Bauman, Lavina and Ammon Martin and sister-in-law of Hannah Martin and Erla Martin. Predeceased by her parents, Menno and Lydia Martin; one son and two grandchildren in infancy and two brothers, Harvey and Elam Martin. Friends may call at her home, RR 4, Elmira, today (Thursday) from 2-5 and 6-8 p.m. and on Friday from 1-6 p.m. where funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 8, 2007 at 9 a.m., then to Elmira Mennonite Meeting House for further service and burial in the adjoining cemetery.
