  • Notes 
    • The death of Mr. Alexander Schleuter occurred at his home two and one-half miles north-east of Linwood, on Tuesday, March 21, at the age of 62 years.

      A son of the late Mr. and Mrs. William Schleuter, the deceased had spent his entire life on the farm where he died. For the past three years the late Mr. Schleuter had been in ailing health.

      He is survived by two sisters, Mrs. D. Bowman and Miss Francis Schleuter, both at home, and two brothers, Henry, of Elmira, and Emmanuel, of Waterloo. Two sisters and one brother predeceased him.

      The funeral was held Friday afternoon with service at his late residence, followed by service at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, at 2.30 o'clock. Rev. W. Schultz officiated. Burial took place in the Lutheran Cemetery.
