  Albert Ruthig After a brief illness; Albert Ruthig, 87, of 71 Union St. East, Waterloo, died Christmas Day at K-W Hospital. Born March 28, 1874, in Wellesley, Mr. Ruthig was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Phillip Ruthig. He was a Kitchener resident for the past 30 years and formerly lived n Stratford. He worked as a flooring and general contractor both here and in Stratford. Mr. Ruthig was a member of St. Matthew's Lutheran Church. His wife, the former Anna Witt, predeceased him in 1961. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Lloyd (Lorraine) Roubell and Dorothy, both of Waterloo, and one granddaughter, MaelynneRoubell of Waterloo. He was predeceased by a grandson, Buddy Roubell. The body is at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home where funeral service will be conducted Wednesday at 2 pm by Rev. F. W. Zinck of St. Matthew's Church. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery.
