  Harold E. Meyers PRESTON— Harold E. Meyers, 60, of 1013 Hamilton St., Preston, died Monday at Bracebridge Hospital. Mr, Meyers was born in Preston and had lived here all his life. He was employed at Savage Shoe, Ltd. for 45 years. He was a foreman and had retired in April of this year. He was a member of Preston Baptist Church and a member of Cambridge Lodge 1OOF No. 1118, Victoria Encampment No. 11l and Queen Rebekah Lodge No. 54. He was honorary member of the Superintendents and Foremen's Association. Surviving are his wife, the former Ivadella Tilk; one son, William of Mitchell; one daughter, Mrs. Paul (Pamela) Pratt of Oxbridge, Ont., one brother, Leonard of Kitchener and five grandchildren. The body is at the Barthel-Stager Funeral Home where the funeral service will be conducted Friday at 2 p.m. Rev. G. R. Easter of Preston Baptist Church will officiate. Interment will be in Preston cemetery. Memorial service under the auspices of Preston Cambridge Lodge IOOF and Queen Rebekah Lodge will be held at the funeral home at 7 p.m. Thursday night.
