  BERG, Alex of Wellesley, died Tuesday, Aug. 21, at St. Mary's Hospital, Kitchener, age 88, he had farmed in Wellesley Township until his retirement in 1951, son of the late Conrad Berg and the former Elizabeth Herman; his wife had predeceased him in 1952; survived by three sons Clayton of Hamilton, Herbert of Waterloo and Ralph of Route 1, Millbank; one brother George of Tavistock; seven grandchildren; predeceased by two brothers. The late Mr. Berg is resting at the Futher Bros. Funeral Home, Wellesley, till noon on Thursday, when removal will be made to St. Mark's Lutheran Church for a memorial service at 2: 30. Rev. Orval Jansen will officiate. Burial will be in St. Mark's cemetery. The Kitchener-Waterloo Record 22 Aug 1973
