    • HANLEY, GRETTA (Nee Hipel)

      Of Cambridge, on Thursday, January 13, 2005, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, in her 86th year. Wife of the late James Hanley (February 2003). Mother of Terry and his wife, Brenda of Cambridge; James and his wife, Colleen of Ottawa; and Robert of Cambridge. Also survived by eleven grandchildren and seven greatgrandchildren; one brother, Gordon Hipel of Espanola; and Shirley Meyers of Cambridge. Predeceased by her parents, Arthur and Lillian Hipel; twin sons, David and Brian, in infancy; and one daughter, Rev. Karen Paddison (1992). Mrs. Hanley was born in Puslinch and had been a lifelong resident of the area. She was a member of St. Paul's United Church, the Burns Club and a retired driver with the Cancer Society. Cremation. A memorial service was conducted at St. Paul's United Church, 450 King St. E. in Cambridge on Mon., Jan. 17 at 1: 30. Rev. John Anderson officiated.
