  Litt turns the corner at Cedar Street and pauses in front of 97 and 93 Cedar St. S. - the site of the Madison Group's most ambitious project so far. The houses will soon be demolished, making way for five three-unit brownstones along Cedar Street. Another seven brownstones will be built on the large lot behind. "This was, when we bought it, a five-plex. It had massive fire damage and there was a grow-op in the back," Litt says, standing in front of one of the houses that will soon come down.
