  ANDERSON, Lawrence Alan - Of 14 Elizabeth Street, Cambridge on Thursday, February 11th, 1993 at Victoria Hospital, London in his 69th year. Beloved husband of Shirley McMeekin, dear father of John and his wife Patricia of Mississauga, Karen (Mr. Al Hoffman) and Penny (Mrs. Patrick McNanney) both of Cambridge. Lovingly remembered by six grandchildren Douglas, David, Shawn, Leah, Kathryn and Kelsey and two brothers Marvin and Harry and one sister Mrs. Marvella Malloy all of Owen Sound. Also survived by several loving nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents, one son Douglas (1968), two brothers Douglas and Marshall and one sister Dresie. Mr. Anderson was born in Owen Sound and came to Cambridge in 1949; he had been employed at Clare Brothers, Cambridge and Dayton-Walther of Guelph until his retirement in January 1988. The family will receive friends at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Road, Cambridge Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The Funeral and Committal Service will be conducted at the Funeral Home, Monday, February 15th, 1993 at 3: 30 p.m. Interment following in Memory Gardens, Breslau.
