    • Mrs. Lydia Neeb, 82, of 14591 Mettetal Ave., Detroit, died at her home Friday night after a lingering illness. She was the widow of Rev. John Neeb, formerly of Wellesley. The former Lydia Rohfrietsch, she was born Aug. 20, 1875, in Sebringville, a daughter of the late John Rohfrietsch and Margaret Schellenberger. She was married to Rev. Mr. Neeb Sept. 17, 1896. He predeceased her in 1947. They lived in Detroit, Minn.; Eganville, Ont.; Delhi, Ont.; Northeast, Pa., and Springville, N.Y., before retiring to Detroit, Mich., about 20 years ago. Surviving are three sons, Walter J. of Kitchener, Rev. Victor of East Aurora, N.Y., and Rev. Dr. Martin of Fort Wayne, Ind.; two daughters, Mrs. William (Hilda) Chamberlain of Goodrich, Mich., and Mrs. Esther at home, and two sisters, Mrs. William Weinback, of Buffalo and Mrs. Edward Bald of Mitchell. There are eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. The body is at the Schmaltzriedt Sons Funeral Home, 16625 Grand River, Detroit. Service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday, at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, Detroit, and burial made in Glen Eden Memorial Gardens, Detroit.1a
