  HACKBART, Mrs. Walter (Erma) - Peacefully, at St. Mary's Hospital, today, Saturday, Dec. 24, 1988, Erma Lucinda Hackbart, of 388-711 Albert St., Waterloo, Erma was born in Erbsville, 72 years ago. She was a daughter of the late Henry Neeb and the late Matilda Jacobi. She was a member of St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Erbsville and was active in the LCW of St. Paul's. She and her husband operated a department store in Brussels, retiring in 1978. She is the beloved wife of Walter S. Hackbart of Waterloo; dear mother of Keith and his wife Sandra Hackbart of Heidelberg, Doreen and her husband Raymond LeDrew of Ajax; loving sister of Orley and his wife Lillian Neeb of Waterloo, Ellen and her husband Sidney Zahra of RR 3, Waterloo and lovingly remembered by her grandchildren, Taralynn Hackbart and Victoria and Leanne LeDrew. Predeceased by three brothers, Elmer, Rueben and Arno Neeb. Funeral arrangements are incomplete, and will be published in a later edition of the Record, or may be obtained by calling the Futher Bros.
