  WIDEMAN (St. Jacobs, Ont.) Dec. 31 - Mrs. John Wideman, wife of the postmaster and township clerk here, died very suddenly last night. She was attending a prayer meeting at the Church of the Evangelical association, when she suddenly gasped for breath and died before she could be removed from the church. Wideman, who died suddenly at St. Jacobs, Ont., Wednesday Eve'g, Dec. 30th, 1896, Aged 67 Years, 9 Months and 1 Day. Interred in the Evangelical Cemetery, St. Jacobs, on Saturday, Jan. 2nd, 1897.
