  The Dutch Girl Logo It says Nancy Anne Featherstone was a model from Toronto who was 9 or 10 years old at the time. She was not the first Dutch Girl though, since the earlier logo created in 1936, had both a Dutch Boy and a Dutch Girl with the girl portrayed by Joyce Volker, daughter of Howard Volker, who was Schneider's Sales Manager at the time, and the boy by Ewart (Bud) Hayes, son of Cyril Hayes who was Schneider's Credit Manager.
