  GILMORE, Lewis C. - On Tuesday, November 7, 1978, at Hotel Dieu Hospital, St. Catharines, Lewis Charles Gilmore, aged 88 years, of 4 College St., St. Catharines, Ont. Survived by his wife, nee Wilhelmine Elizabeth Berdux; two sons, A. John of Beamsville and Lewis Charles of Waterloo; two daughters, Lois Elizabeth (Mrs. J.D. Hampton) of St. Catharines and Marie (Mrs. Gerry Ashfield) of Oshawa and four grandchildren. A private funeral and committal service was held today at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Chapel. Rev. Orval Jansen conducted the service. Interment Woodland cemetery. Expressions of sympathy may be made by donations to the Canadian Cancer Society. Kitchener-Waterloo Record 8 Nov 1978
