  Norman Ament of 57 Seyler St., died suddenly at work. Born in Linwood, he was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Ament. He had been a grocer in New Hamburg for over 50 years. He was an adherent of the Baptist Church and a member of New Dominion Masonic Lodge. He is survived by his wife, the former Ida Bowman. The body will be at the Bruce J. Omand Funeral Home after noon Saturday. The service was conducted at the funeral home Monday at 2: 30 p.m. by Rev. John Branscombe. Temporary burial was in the Grass memorial chapel, Riverside cemetery. Burial will be made later in the cemetery. Elmira Signet Mar 2 1966 pg 12
