  Mrs. Alvin G. Schreiber died Saturday night at her residence, 366 Park St., after a lengthy illness. The former Viola Sly, she was born at Seeley's Bay, Ont., a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Benjamin Sly. She graduated in 1923 as a nurse from the K-W Hospital. Surviving are her husband to whom she was married in Waterloo March 18, 1925; one son, Wayne G., Kitchener; five brothers, Albert, Lansdowne, Ont. William, Vancouver, B.C.; Elmer, Toronto; George, Seeley's Bay, and John, Plainfield, N.J.; two sisters, Mrs. Margaret McNeeley and Mrs. Emma Munro, both of Gananoque, Ont., and three grandchildren. The body is at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home where funeral will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. with Rev. A.E. Pletch of Calvary Memorial Evangelical UB Church officiating. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery Kitchener-Waterloo Record 22 Mar 1953
