    • WILSON, Harry Bert - (1933-2017) Harry Wilson passed peacefully in his sleep on Dec 27th, 2017. Predeceased by his beloved wife of 48 years Carol (nee Hisey) in 2011 and by his brother Charles and brother-in-law James Reid, Harry is survived by his beloved sister Marjorie, his sister-in-law Susan, his sons David (Diane) and John (Nicole), his grandsons Alexander, Bruce and Geoffrey and numerous nieces, nephews and their families. Friends throughout the World included his sister-in-law Helen's husband Ted Leschied's family, his best friend from his youth in Scotland, Bill Kidd and many others. Harry had college papers in Mechanical Engineering from Scotland, Theology, English and Education from Canada and German from the University of Vienna, Austria. He worked as a draughtsman, sailor for the British Merchant marine, teacher in Canada both in Hamilton and on James Bay, missionary in Austria and spent the last of his working days with Canada Post as a training officer and superintendent. His faith was always his focus since September 21, 1958 when he made the choice to follow Jesus as Saviour and Lord and he was a firm believer that this life was not the end and he loved the Gospel of St. John. Harry will be laid to rest beside his beloved Carol in Thunder Bay and no public services are planned. Memorial donations to the Bible League of Canada or a charity of your choice would be appreciated, and may be made through MAURICE J.
