  KAZIMIERA (KAY) ADACH - Passed away suddenly at Cambridge Memorial Hospital on Monday, January 11, 2010 in her 83rd year. Beloved wife of Jan, loving mother of Chris Adach (Irene) of Cambridge, Sophia Adach (Gary) Gemus of Waterloo and Wanda Harding and her companion Daniel Spoelstra of Cambridge. Much loved grandmother of Michael, Kirby, Amanda, Richard, Andrew, Nicole, Stephanie, Matthew and Katie; dear sister of Marisia Golarz of Montreal. Predeceased by her parents and siblings. Also sadly missed by her close friends John and Janine Dalecki and Julia Nosek. Kay's family will welcome friends at the Lounsbury Funeral Home, 1766 Franklin Boulevard, Cambridge on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home chapel on Friday morning at 11 a.m. with interment at New Hope Cemetery. Those who wish may make a memorial donation to United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees through the funeral home.
