    • ADAMSON - Robert of 1183 Michael Crescent Cambridge, Tuesday November 28th 1989, at the Cambridge Memorial Hospital in his 54th year. Beloved husband of Florence Roach and dear father of Brant of Edmonton, Susan of Cambridge. Predeceased by one daughter Heather Elizabeth Ann. Also survived by one brother Leon of Kingston, one sister Betty (Mrs. Jack Wildman) of Cambridge. Mr. Adamson was born in Galt and returned to Cambridge in 1979 after serving in the R.C.A.F. in Canada and overseas for 26 years, he was a custodian at the Preston High School and a member of the Preston Canadian Royal Legion Branch 126. Friends will be received at the Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Road Thursday 2: 00-4: 00 and 7: 00-9: 00 p.m. Funeral service will be held in St. Johns Anglican Church, Queenston Road Cambridge Friday at 1: 30 p.m. Interment in Mount View Cemetery. A memorial service will be held Thursday evening at 7: 00 p.m. at the funeral home under the auspices of the Preston Royal Canadian Legion. As expressions of sympathy donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
