  FORBES, Harry - Peacefully, on Saturday, Oct. 1, 1994, at Freeport Hospital Health Care Village, Harry A. Forbes, in his 88th year, of Elmira. Beloved husband of Lorraine (Esch) Forbes; dear father of Karen Herrington and Rick Power of Exeter. Fondly remembered by his grandchildren, Jeanne and Daniel Cherry of Waterloo and great-grandson, Jordan. Predeceased by his parents, George and Fredericka Forbes and one sister, Marie Mitchell. Visitation at the Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira, where the family will receive friends today (Monday) from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Tuesday at 11 a.m.. with Rev. Donald Stroh officiating, followed by interment in St. James Lutheran Cemetery.
