Notes - LICHTY, Willard - Peacefully went home to be with the Lord on Friday, December 21, 2007 at Groves Memorial Hospital, Fergus. Willard Lichty in his 65th year of RR 2, Drayton. Beloved husband of Viola (Bowman) Lichty for 42 years. Dear father of Jennifer and Serge Kamari of Rwanda, Africa, Craig and Lori of Floradale, Lyndon and Tracy of Newmarket. Also lovingly remembered by his four grandchildren, Prince and Isabella Kamari, Maggie and Jorja Lichty. Brother of Mervin and Ada Lichty of RR 1, Ariss, Clara and Leonard Bauman of Gowanstown, Lloyd and Bonnie Lichty of RR 7, Guelph. Also remembered by his many nieces, nephews and their families. Predeceased by his parents, Emerson and Magdalena (Martin) Lichty. The family will receive their friends and relatives at the Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira on Saturday evening from 7-9 p.m. and on Sunday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. At 9 a.m. on Monday, December 24th. transfer will be made to Woodside Bible Fellowship, 200 Barnswallow Drive, Elmira for funeral service at 11 a.m. followed by interment in the Elmira Union Cemetery. In his memory, donations to International Teams or Conestoga Bible Camp would be appreciated by the family as expressions of sympathy.
