- MURAWSKY, Martin Theodore - Of 70 The Country Way, Kitchener, at St. Mary's Hospital, on Sunday, April 20, 1986, after a lengthy illness, 84 years of age. A member of Blessed Sacrament RC Church. He was a furniture manufacturer and co-owner of Murawsky Furniture. A member f the Kitchener Band for over 50 years, as well as a member of the Father Funken General Assembly Fourth Degree Knights of Columbus. Father of Frank of Sudbury, Jim and his wife Karen of Napean (sic), Gerald and his wife Rosemary of Kitchener, Bill and his wife Patricia of Pickering; brother of Michael of Waterloo, Clarence and Marion Oestreich, both of Kitchener and brother-in-law of Rose Koy. Also surviving are 10 grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife, Grace (nee Koy) Murawsky; brothers, Daniel and Jerome and a sister, Matilda Scheklesky. Visitation at the Schreiter-Sandrock Funeral Home and Chapel, 51 Benton at Church St., Kitchener, will continue until 9: 30 a.m. on Tuesday morning, at which time prayers will be recited at the funeral home, followed by a transfer to Blessed Sacrament RC Church for a 10 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial, Rev. Edward Sheridan officiating. Interment Woodland cemetery. Parish prayers will be recited at the funeral home, this eventing (Monday) at 8 p.m.
