  Sister Marita Murawsky, CSJ Sister Marita was born Ruth Patricia Murawsky. She was one of 11 children born to Peter & Mary Murawsky. She was in her 70th year of Religious life. Sister Marita entered the Sisters of St. Joseph on Sep. 07, 1944. She was engaged in the Ministry at St. Michael's Hospital in Toronto for 18 years. Also, she missioned for 5 years at the Boarding School of the Sisters of St. Joseph in Rosetown, Saskatchewan. Sister Marita established the Willowdale Seniors Club. She died peacefully at St. Joseph's residence with her sisters gathered around her. Visitation will take place at St. Joseph's Residence, 2 O'Coonor Dr. Toronto on Dec. 02, 2014 at 3:30pm with a prayer vigil at 7:00pm. Mass of Chritian Burial will be celebrated on Dec. 03, 2014 at 10:30am in the chapel at St. Joseph's Residence. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery. Eternal rest grant unto her, O Lord!
