  UEBERSCHLAG, Donald Harold ("Don Eber") Passed away peacefully at Sunnyside Home LTC, Kitchener, on May 1, 2013, three days before his 79th birthday. Beloved husband of the late Ruby Ueberschlag (nee Blake, December 23, 2007). Loving father of Dianne Wey of Kitchener, Cathy (Peter) Amos of Waterloo, and Janet Ueberschlag (Martin Nessner) of Breslau. Cherished grandfather of Kevin Thatcher, Christopher Thatcher, David Amos, Stephen Amos and Sarah Amos. Great-grandfather of Marley and Josie Harding. Brother of Gerald (Marlene) Ueberschlag. Son of the late Harold and Florence Ueberschlag. Son-in-law of the late Albert and Vera Blake. Predeceased by son-in-law Kenneth Wey. Survived by brothers-in-law Delbert (Frances) Blake of Kitchener and Harold (Norma) Blake of Kitchener, and sisters-in-law Marjorie (the late Lendo) Dermo of Guelph, Marion (the late Albert) Denomme of Kitchener, Connie (the late Douglas) Blake of Seaforth, and Doris (the late Roy) Blake of New Hamburg. Survived by many nieces and nephews. Don worked in manufacturing and hotel management for many years. Respecting Don's wishes, there will be no funeral visitation or service. Cremation has taken place. Private interment at Memory Gardens, Breslau.
