  GOETZ, Leonard K. - Peacefully on Thursday, January 11, 2007 at Trinity Care Centre at the age of 92. Proud loving father of Don (Donna), Gary (Della) and Alan (Bert Carapanta). Step-dad to Dorothy Hein (Edgar) and Ronald Busch (Marilyn). Grandpa to Julie, Richard and Laura Goetz; step-grandfather to Lorrie Psutka (John) and Diane Locke (Mark), step-great-grandfather to Madison and Ethan Locke. Predeceased by his first wife, Helen (Kraft) (1980) and his second wife Mary (Busch) (2003) and his parents, Julius (1945) and Elizabeth (1969). Len was the last surviving member of his family, having been predeceased by sisters, Edith, Florence, Marie and Mable; brothers, Ervin, William, Edward, Norman, Harold, Walter and Melvin. Len was a devoted employee of J.M. Schneiders until his retirement and was a veteran of the Second World War. Family invites relatives and friends to the Schreiter-Sandrock Funeral Home and Chapel, 51 Benton (at Church St.) 519-742-4481 for visitation today (Saturday) from 1-2 p.m., followed by a funeral service in the funeral home chapel at 2 p.m. Interment Mt. Hope Cemetery, Kitchener. As expressions of sympathy the family would appreciate donations be made to St. Mary's Hospital.
