  The death of Mrs. John Clayfield, 12 Jefferson Ave. Waterloo, occurred yesterday afternoon. Mrs. Clayfield had been ill for about a year. Born in Germany she came to Canada with her parents when only 2 months old. She was 51 years of age. Surviving are her husband four sons, William of Wat., Victor, Richard and Alfred at home, five daughters, Elizabeth, Lillian, Edna, Dorothy and Gladys at home. 6 sisters Mrs. Alfred King, Mrs Julius Kupskey, Mrs. Roy McCaslen, Miss Hattie Lorenz of Pontiac Michigan, Mrs Walter Brear of Parry Sound, Mrs Andrew Sprung of Owen Sound. 4 brothers; Alfred 7, Joseph Lorenz of Pontiac Michigan, Charles Lorenz of Amberly Ont., William Lorenz of Elmwood and 2 grandchildren. The funeral will be held Saturday afternoon at 2: 30 from the Latter and Dreisinger Funeral home to Mount Hope Cemetery. Rev E.
