- Albert Stemm
For many years a well know resident of Baden, Mr. Albert Stemn. died early on Monday morning at the age of 82 years. The deceased was born in Elmira in 1867 and went to Baden as a young man. He was a contractor and for some years was constable for the village and later road superintendent for the township of Wilmot. He was a member of the Wilmot Centre Evangelical U.B. Church. His wife, the former Nancy Block, predeceased him. Several nieces and nephews survive him.
The funeral was held on Thursday afternoon from the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, Kitchener, to the Wilmot Centre Evangelical U. B. Church for a memorial service. Interment followed in the Wilmot Centre Cemetery. Rev. C. R. Kauth, pastor of the church, officiated.
