  Jacob Cress, "the youngest in family, was married to Magdalena Eby who was born in November 1813 and died January 30th 1883. They resided on the farm now owned by the heirs of the late Absalom Martin, a little south of St. Jacobs, Ontario, where he died. Their family consisted of eleven children". Eby, Ezra E. (1895).
