MELANCHOLY CASE OF SUDDEN DEATH IN GALT. - Last Sunday afternoon, Mrs. John Montgoniery, daughter of Mr. Mc- Figgin, whilst sitting at dinner, suddenly complained of a very severe pain in the head, and immediately became insensible. Dr. Carrier was called in, and employed all the restorative means that his art recommends under such circumstances, but without avail. The patient gradually sank, and died, two hours after the attack, without recovering her consciousness. She is the fourth member of this connexion who has died in the same manner within the last few years. It is Dr. Carrier's opinion that Mrs. Montgomery died from the Rupture of one of the large blood-vessels of the brain. Com. Galt Reporter.
