  RUGGLE, Robert William "Bob" Bob Ruggle of Waterloo, formerly of Floradale, suddenly at K-W Health Centre of Grand River Hospital on Tuesday, June 17, 2014 at the age of 87. Loving husband of Dorothy (nee Koch) of 60 years. Much loved father of Robert and his wife Lee-Anne Ruggle. Proud Papa of Andrew and Victoria. Sadly missed by his sister Louise Hoffer and by his sister-in-law Muriel Misch. Bob will also be greatly missed by his nieces and nephews, Charles Hoffer, Luke and his wife Helene Hoffer, Amy and her husband Duane Freeman, Elizabeth and her husband Ron Leaist, Susan and her husband John Ross, Philip Weber and Mark and his wife Miriam Weber. He will also be missed by his great-nieces and great-nephews. Predeceased by his parents Edward and Emma (nee Reist) Ruggle, brothers-in-law Eldon Hoffer, Roy Weber, Howard Snyder, Eric Misch and by his sisters-in-law Shirley Weber and Mildred Snyder. Bob was the 4th generation proprietor of Ruggle's General Store in Floradale until 2008. He was very active with the Robert Ruggle Funeral Home working as recently as this past Saturday. Family and friends will be received at Robert Ruggle Funeral Home, 617 King St. N., Waterloo on Friday, June 20, 2014 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. The funeral service celebrating Bob's life will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday, June 21, 2014 at 11 a.m. with The Rev. Olaf Poulsen and The Rev. Mike Zenker officiating. Interment in Woodland Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family and may be arranged by contacting the funeral home at 519-888-7700.
