- Abram Teichroeb
A former resident of New Hamburg, Abram Teichroeb, 72, of Kitchener, died Thursday, July 25th at K-W Hospital following a lengthy illness. Mr. Teichroeb had been a resident of Kitchener for the past 12 years and an employee of Hahn Brass Ltd. for 38 years. He was a member of the Mennonite Brethren Church.
He was predeceased by his first wife, the former Maria Krueger in 1944. His second wife the former Sarah Harder survives. Also among the survivors are two sons, Waldemar of Waterloo and Theodore of Kitchener; one daughter, Rosanna, Kitchener; one brother, Peter, and one sister Mrs. Alex Suderman, both of Port Rowan, and three grandchildren. Two sons, Walter and Arthur predeceased him.
Funeral services were held on Monday at the Mennonite Brethren Church with the Rev. William J. Schmidt officiating. Interment was in Woodland Cemetery
