  OSWALD, Nelda A. On Wednesday, Oct. 23, 1991, at K-W Hospital, after a short illness, Nelda A. Oswald, age 89 years, of 80 Union St. E., Waterloo. A member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Waterloo. Daughter of the late Ephriam and Elizabeth Reist; wife of the late J. Oscar Oswald. Mother of Mae Kubu and husband Ed of Winona, Jean Piper and her husband Roy of Kitchener, Kenneth and his wife Marlene and John and his wife Shirley, all of Waterloo; grandfather of 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; sister of Alberta Smith, Clara Rahn, Alice Conrad, Marie Kaippel, Wilma Timm, Pearl Brown and Gordon Reist. Mrs. Oswald's family will receive friends at the Edward R. Good Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Friday, at 2 p.m., in the chapel of St. John's Lutheran Church, Waterloo, Rev.
