  MARTIN, Susannah (Mrs. Norman) - On Wednesday, July 29, 2009, at the home of Abner Steckle, RR 1, St. Clements, in her 96th year. The former Susannah Brubacher, wife of the late, Norman G. Martin (1997). Mother of Mary and Sidney Martin of RR 3, Mount Forest, Betty and Urias Weber of RR 5, Mount Forest, Katie and Delton Bearinger of RR 5, Mount Forest, Irene and Abner Steckle of RR 1, St. Clements, John and Martha Martin of RR 1, St. Jacobs. 49 grandchildren and 192 great-grandchildren also survive. Sister of Lovina Bauman of RR 4, Elmira and David Brubacher of RR 3, Listowel; sister-in-law of Annie Martin of RR 6, Mount Forest. Predeceased by her parents, David and Susannah Brubacher; one daughter in infancy; three brothers; two sisters; two sisters in infancy; and one granddaughter. Friends may call at the home of John B. Martin of RR 1, St. Jacobs today (Thursday) from 1-8 p.m. where funeral services will be held on Friday, July 31, 2009 at 9 a.m. then to Conestogo Mennonite Meeting house for further service and burial in the adjoining cemetery.
