Notes - SCHIEDEL, Lula Jean (nee Griffin) Peacefully at Cambridge Country Manor on Wednesday, April 20, 2011, in her 90th year. Loving wife of the late Vernice (1991). Survived by her two sons Harold (Bette) of Paris and Keith (Shelley) of Cambridge. Lovingly remembered by her six grandchildren, Paul, Brian (Suzanne), Karen (Brad), Kelley, Jeff (Kim) and Nicole and four great-grandchildren, Eva, Adelaide, Elliott and Keaton. Dear sister of Verna and Gordon. Predeceased by her brothers Bill, Harold, Bruce and Milton, and sisters Doris and Ellie. Lula was born in Glen Morris and lived the majority of her life in Cambridge, with her last 10 years being spent at Cambridge Country Manor. She will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews as well as her many friends. Resting at Corbett Funeral Home , 95 Dundas Street, Cambridge where the family will receive friends on Saturday, April 23, 2011 from 12 p.m. with the funeral service beginning at 1: 30 p.m. Interment to follow at Glen Morris Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations made to the Cambridge Memorial Hospital or the Cambridge Country Manor would be appreciated by the family.
