Notes - FREDE, Reinhard - Peacefully, went home to be with the Lord, on Sunday, February 5, 2006, at K-W Health Centre of Grand River Hospital, Reinhard Frede, in his 83rd year, of Wallenstein.Reinhard was born in Poland and immigrated to Canada in 1950.Beloved husband of Alma (Bauman) Frede for 53 years. Loving father of Karl and Sandy Frede of Surrey, B.C., Richard Frede of Waterloo, Eric and Darlene Frede of Conestogo, Lillian and Cliff Martin of Waterloo, Margaret "Peggy" and Wayne Hockley of St. Jacobs, Gerry and Shawna Frede of Waterloo; 17 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren also survive. Brother of Elsie Yahn, Leonard and Beulah Frede, Ewald and Grace Frede, Edwin and Donna Frede, George and Ingrid Frede.Predeceased by his parents, Eduard and Alwine Frede, two brothers and two sisters, all in infancy and brother-in-law, Henry Yahn.The family will receive friends and relatives at the Dreisinger Funeral Home, Elmira, Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. At 11 a.m. on Wednesday transfer will be made to the Wallenstein Bible Chapel for funeral service at 1 p.m. followed by interment in the Hawkesville Cemetery.In his memory donations to the Gideon Memorial Bibles or Wycliffe Bible Translators would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.The family would like to thank all who were involved in the care of Reinhard during his illness.
