  Friends and family continue to mourn the loss of 20-year-old Beau Baker, fatally shot by Waterloo Regional Police last Thursday. Ahead of a vigil planned to remember Baker, friends say he was kind, outgoing, generous and an aspiring tattoo artist with great talent. Darryl James Waldick says Beau knew him as D.J. and he's been friends with him and Beau's family for years. "I didn't believe it at first" says Waldick. "I didn't believe it at all.
