Estate of Ada P. Clemens, late of 85 Frederick St. Kitchener, Ontario, who died on or about 16 day of April, 1948 are hereby notified to send in to the undersigned Executor, on or about the 25th day of July 1948 full particulars of their claims. Immediately after the last mentioned date the assets of the Estate will be distributed amongst the parties thereto, having regard only to the claims of which said Executor shall then have had notice.
