  Mrs. John D. McRae Passes Funeral service was conducted in Ayr on Monday for Flora Ma-thew, widow of the late Rev. John D. McRae, D.D., who passed away in Toronto on Friday. Interment was made in Ayr Cemetery. Rev. W. J. V. Buchanan and Rev. Glen Eagle of Sarnia officiated. Pallbearers were: George and Andrew Stockton, Ian McRae, Douglas Perry and William J. Mc Ruer, all of this district, and Andrew McRae of Ancaster. The late Mrs. McRae was born in Winnipeg, where she was married in 1909. They proceeded to China where they were Presby-terian missionaries for many years. Surviving are a daughter, Kath-leen, of Toronto, and a daughter-in-law, Mrs. Helen McRae, Toronto, widow of Rev. Donald J. McRae. There are three grandchildren. A daughter, Marjorie, died in 1944. The Ayr News Jul 2 1959 pg 1
