  FRIES, Milton At Kitchener-Waterloo Hospital, on Tuesday, January 30, as the result of a heart attack, age 73 years, Milton Fries of 300 Erb St. W., Waterloo. A member of Our Lady of Lourdes RC Church, the Waterloo Knights of Columbus, Council 5135, an active enthusiast of ball and hockey and a retired mine captain of Wright-Hargreaves Ltd. Son of the late Jacob Fries and Matilda Ludwig. Surviving is his wife, the former Mary (Dolly) Winterhalt and one daughter, Marlene, both of Waterloo and one sister, Mrs. Florence Zettel of Kitchener. Predeceased by one sister, Cora. Visitation at the Schreiter-Sandrock Funeral Home, 51 Benton St., Kitchener, after 7 p.m. tonight. The Catholic Women's League of Our Lady of Lourdes RC Church will recite the rosary at the funeral home on Thursday at 3 p.m. The Waterloo Knights of Columbus Scripture service will be held at 8 p.m. Parish rosary will follow at 8: 30. Prayers will be offered at the funeral home on Friday, February 2, at 10 a.m., followed by Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Lourdes RC Church, Waterloo, at 10: 30. Interment to follow in Parkview cemetery, Rev. Angus Smith officiating
