  Kitchener Daily Record, January 8, 1936 Clarence Forler Brantford, Jan. 8 - Clarence Forler, who moved to this city seven years ago from Kitchener, the city of his birth, where he had been employed by the Canadian National Railway, freight department, passed away here at his home, 12 Grand street, early this morning. Mr. Forler was about 38 years of age. He had been ailing for the past year. Surviving are his wife, nee Pauline Kress, formerly of Waterloo, and five small children, the oldest being nine years. Two brothers, Emmanuel of Detroit, Gordon in New York, and one sister, Mrs. William Sixtus, Kitchener, also survive. Kitchener Daily Record, January 8, 1936 Clarence J. Forler Brantford, Jan. 8 - Clarence John Forler, native of Southampton, who spent his early life in Hanover and Kitchener, coming to Brantford nine years ago, died today at the Brant Sanitarium. He was a prominent member of St. Matthew's Lutheran Church. His widow and four daughters survive. He was born in 1898.
