  LEISKAU, Marie Elizabeth - Passed away on Saturday, November 1, 2003 at Sunnyside Home, Kitchener. Marie was formerly of Baden. She was born 93 years ago in Kitchener and was the daughter of the late Julius and Elizabeth (Kirk) Goetz. Marie was a member of St. James Lutheran Church, Baden. Beloved wife of the late Kenneth Leiskau who predeceased her December 5, 1991. Sadly missed by her brothers, Leonard Goetz, Mel and wife Lillian Goetz, all of Kitchener; brother-in-law, Donald and wife Ruth Leiskau of New Hamburg and a number of nieces and nephews. Also remembered by special friend, Melissa Jessop and family. Marie was predeceased brothers, Norman, Edward, Walter, Harold and wife Stella, William and wife Cecilia, Irvine and wife Mabel; sisters, Florence, Mabel and husband Glenn Schekene, Edith and husband Arthur Geisler. Family and friends will be received at the Mark Jutzi Funeral Home, 291 Huron Street, New Hamburg, today (Monday) 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 4, 2003 at 2 p.m. at St. James Lutheran Church, Baden, with Pastor Everett Mossman officiating. Interment in Fairmont Cemetery, Baden. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to St. James Lutheran Church or Sunnyside Home.
