  ZIEGLER, Walter Carl - Peacefully, at Scott Pavilion, on Friday, May 6, 1988, Walter Ziegler, formerly of St. Agatha, aged 81 years. Mr. Ziegler was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, St. Agatha and a former member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Kitchener. Beloved husband of Dorothy and loving father of Roy Ziegler and his wife Marlene of St. Agatha, Ethel and her husband Ed Spike, Ruth and her husband Bart Wassing, all of Waterloo; dear brother of Harry and his wife Hilda of Kitchener and Lester of Windsor. Also sadly missed by nine grandchildren. Predeceased by his parents, William Ziegler and the former Ida Mueller; his sister, Almeta Short and brothers, John and Wilfred. Friends called at the Ratz-Bechtel Funeral Home, 621 King St. W., Kitchener. Funeral services were hold in the chapel on Monday (today) at 1 p.m., with Rev. Ernie Skujins of interment Zion Lutheran cemetery, St. Agatha. Reception to follow in the Ratz-Bechtel Family Centre. Kitchener-Waterloo Record, May 9, 1988
