  MARTIN, Daniel R. - Peacefully, on Sunday, April 26, 2009, at his home, RR 1, West Montrose. Daniel R. Martin, in his 87th year. Beloved husband of Lydian (Weber) Martin for 62 years. Father of Emanuel Martin, Onias and Melinda Martin, Ivan and Barbara Martin, all of RR 1, West Montrose. Seventeen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren also survive. Brother of Leander and Elvina Martin, Joshua and Lizzie Martin, George and Veronica Martin, Ira and Lena Martin, Cyrus and Alice Martin and Lydian Martin. Predeceased by his parents, Cyrus and Melinda Martin, two daughters, one son and two grandchildren all in infancy. Friends may call at his home, RR 1, West Montrose, today (Monday) from 3-8 p.m. and Tuesday 9-11 a.m. and 2-4 p.m. where funeral service will be held on Wednesday morning, April 29 at 9 a.m., then to the Winterbourne Mennonite Meeting House for further service and burial in the adjoining cemetery.
