- Pte. William Clemens killed in action.
Yesterday Mr. and Mrs. Wendell Clemens who reside at Breslau received official word that their son Pte. William Clemens had been killed in action on November 15. The young soldier enlisted with a Saskatchewan battalion after having resided in that province for five years. To his sorrowing parents, two brothers and sister the sympathy of the community is extended in their great loss.
